Description: 2,500 square foot addition to the existing American Family Fitness facility to house an expansion for the Kids’ Zone. The space is separated by 3 hour firewall with fire shutters from existing facility. For durability FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) panel were used on the walls and wood-grain sheet vinyl was used on the floors. All existing exterior finishes were matched.
Construction cost was $497,000, and the project was was completed 3 weeks early and within $3,000 of the project budget.
