Description: Carter Woods Senior Apartments is located off Dabbs House Road in Eastern Henrico County, Virginia. Phase One of the project consists of a three story wing housing eighty (80) one bedroom and two bedroom senior independent living dwelling units. An attached two story portion of the building contains common areas including two community rooms, a library, an exercise room and activity spaces.
Phase Two of the project consists of a three story wing housing an additional seventy two (72) one bedroom and two bedroom senior independent living dwelling units. With green building and environmental considerations in mind, Phase Two of the project is currently under construction seeking EarthCraft homes™ multifamily certification.
